Role > The Company is actively looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO. An Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office

Requisites> A bachelor’s degree in business administration communications or a related field is often preferred though not always required; Previous experience as an executive assistant personal assistant or in administrative roles ideally supporting senior executives; Ability to manage complex schedules prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and handle highpressure situations efficiently; Capacity to address unexpected challenges with resourcefulness and sound judgment; Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality; Flexibility to work in fastpaced dynamic environments and adjust to changing priorities; Willingness to be available outside standard working hours as the role often requires responding to urgent matters or handling global communications across time zones; May be required to travel with the CEO or on their behalf for business purposes
