- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Master s preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager IN A REAL ESTATE FIRM IS MANDATORY
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies compensation frameworks and HR policies.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
