You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
The Sales Executive is responsible to assist operationally and administratively in the achievement of department’s pre-determined sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 Years Work Experience Hotel Operations.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers through market research, networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure a steady stream of sales opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build relationships and generate leads.

Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current clients and prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and offering solutions.
- Understand the client's business challenges and offer products or services tailored to their needs.

Sales Presentations:
- Present the company's products or services to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Customize presentations to suit each client’s specific needs and pain points.
- Demonstrate products or services in a way that engages potential customers and encourages them to make purchasing decisions.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms of contracts, pricing, and payment schedules to close deals.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final agreement, ensuring that the deal is completed smoothly.
- Address any objections or concerns the client may have during the negotiation process.

Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results to management.
- Use sales metrics and KPIs to gauge performance and identify areas for improvement.

Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the market and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
