Job Description
- Experienced in applying sustainable certifications systems (LEED ESTIDAMA MOSTADAM Ceequal Envision or equivalent) on megadevelopments and projects particularly in the Middle East. Has managed and delivered at least 3 projects.
- Provides innovative solutions to design team (water energy transport etc) to support in meeting ambitious sustainability visions and targets of our clients
- Is familiar with the local regulatory requirements (UAE /KSA) particularly in relation to sustainability (Dubai Municipality requirements SGBC101 Abu Dhabi Environment Agency NCEC etc.)
- Has experience in providing general sustainability and ESG advisory services
- Understands the multidisciplinary nature of the work and participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
- Can provide technical input into bids and develop detailed delivery methodologies and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
- Manages project deliverables and scope within budget
- Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.
- Prepares and performs quality control review of sustainability reports and associated deliverables including calculations drawings sketches as necessary to the work.
- Prepares technical specification sections.
- Embodied carbon calculations and GHG accounting knowledge is a plus
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Candidate must be able to provide technical input advise and support the sustainability team on various project deliverables
Qualifications :
- BS in environmental sciences environmental engineering or related field
- MS in similar fields is a plus
- LEED AP or Estidama PCRS PQP or Mostadam AP or equivalent
