Job Description
we are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency.
- Assist in the preopening phase including staff hiring training and setting up operational systems.
- Manage and motivate frontofhouse staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Ensure adherence to health safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the kitchen team for stock replenishment.
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial targets and operational goals.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
