Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Education or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in learning and development preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning methodologies.
Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and elearning tools.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
