Job Description
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Draftsman with specialized experience in designing rails and full bathroom layouts to join our talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans for rails (e.g. stair rails handrails) and full bathroom designs ensuring accuracy compliance with building codes and client requirements
- Prepare architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD Revit etc.) including layout dimensions materials and finish details for bathrooms and rails.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure that designs are executed according to specifications and make necessary revisions when required.
- Perform design checks and quality control on drawings to prevent errors and ensure consistency.
- Assist in site assessments and provide technical support during the construction phase to ensure proper implementation of the drawings.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design integrity and resolve any potential issues during the construction phase.
- With ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) and other relevant accessibility regulations in all ramp and bathroom designs.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Drafting Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting with a focus on rails and full bathroom designs.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Revit etc.) and other design tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
