- Provides administrative support to the Cluster Talent & Culture Manager
- Administration of Heartists Hub with departments and suppliers along with maintaining of records.
- Liaises for all medical checks insurance administration and Heartist wellness etc. for the team.
- Manage the attendance system and produces monthly payroll and other related reports.
- Manage dashboards statistics and all key data for analysis and proactive actions.
- Responsible for submitting all reports at predecided time intervals
Qualifications :
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
- A university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
- Fluency in English both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 google tools data analysis and Paytrax Oasys HRMS system
- Good knowledge and practical use of UAE Labor Law
