Job Description
- Receive inspect and record the orders of kitchen F&B and Stewarding team and ensure that the hotel standards and regulations are being followed
- Organize and maintain food storage areas
- Follow HACCP and safety procedures in line with the hotels standards accordingly.
- Assist the Purchasing team in accordance to the tasks relayed by the Cost Controller and Procurement Manager
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
