NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing and PR Executive to join our innovative marketing team. If youre passionate about crafting captivating campaigns building impactful stories and elevating brand recognition in a highly competitive market this role is for you. As part of a growing and ambitious team you will play a key role in driving the hotels visibility and engagement with key audiences locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to enhance the hotels brand visibility and drive business objectives.
- Plan execute and monitor social media strategies across platforms ensuring engaging and onbrand content.
- Assist in managing media relations including writing press releases coordinating media visits and fostering relationships with key journalists and influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales F&B and Operations) to align marketing efforts with overall hotel objectives.
- Coordinate photoshoots and the creation of highquality visual content to support campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Support the organization of promotional events F&B activations and partnerships to position the property as a lifestyle destination.
- Maintain brand standards across all external and internal communications.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing or PR preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
- Exceptional writing editing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Teamoriented with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
