Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare and review project designs blueprints and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects contractors and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress address challenges and propose solutions to meet deadlines.
- Manage budgets resource allocation and project timelines efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations safety standards and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and present reports on project status progress and any necessary adjustments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in civil engineering within the construction industry.
- Nationality: Arabic (Preference for Iraqi or Jordanian candidates).
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management tools.
- Excellent problemsolving organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for coordination with stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
