Job Description
As an associate Electrical within our MEP team you will support project delivery contribute to technical excellence and assist in maintaining client relationships. You will collaborate with senior team members provide technical input and help ensure the smooth execution of multiple MEP projects.
Assist in managing MEP projects supporting senior engineers and project leaders in delivering successful outcomes.
Prepare technical specifications drawings and documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
Participate in technical and quality reviews of projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress address issues and support project operations.
Work closely with a team of engineers and technicians contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment.
Support the maintenance of client relationships by addressing queries and providing technical assistance as required.
Participate in the teams Performance and Development Review process seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.
Assist in preparing technical proposals bid submissions and additional fee proposals to support business growth.
Support resource planning activities to ensure effective utilization of team members and project resources.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Electrical with Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred)
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in MEP building services
Experience in HVAC smoke management systems plumbing firefighting and conveying systems (escalators and elevators).
Strong technical skills with the ability to prepare detailed technical specifications and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Proactive and willing to learn from senior team members.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
