Job Description
National Fire Fighting Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to manage and execute projects related to the design development and production of fire fighting equipment and systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company making significant contributions to fire safety and protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and complete work execution schedules for all projects.
- Prepare daily schedules and assign tasks to the team accordingly.
- Update clients on site progress and address their concerns promptly.
- Supervise teams and provide the necessary technical details to ensure project success.
- Interpret and explain shop drawings to site technicians effectively.
- Conduct weekly technical training sessions for site technicians.
- Maintain tools and machinery in good working condition and request replacements when needed.
- Conduct inspections of new sites as assigned by the site coordinator and submit detailed reports.
- Review and submit work completion reports after project completion.
- Respond to client emails and take the necessary actions.
- Prepare and submit bills of quantity to the material coordinator upon project initiation confirmation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or technical trade certificate in Electrical or Electronics.
- Knowledge and experience with fire alarm and fire fighting systems with sufficient field exposure.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in BMS or related fields.
- Strong project management skills ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
