Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing relationships with online agencies to help expand theirmarket presence specially with Chinese and Asian OTA.
Support verifying offers campaigns production reports and exclusive offers.Help analyze market trends and competitors to improve performance.
Assist in generating followup reports.
Collaborate with internal teams when onboarding new hotels and/or accounts.
Monitor and report on hotel goals reservations and performance rates.
Provide detailed weekly monthly and annual reports on hotel and channelperformance.
Manage and monitor daily online bookings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Review and process monthly invoices from OTAs.
Requirements
University degree.
13 years of experience in ecommerce / hospitality.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Excel (advanced skills a plus).
Highly organized and adaptable.
Based in Dubai or willingness to be relocated to Dubai (MUST).
