Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Develop implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media email and search engines.
• Content Creation: Design engaging and relevant content for digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• SEO/SEM Optimization: Optimize the company website and online content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings.
• Analytics: Track analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Paid Advertising: Manage payperclick (PPC) campaigns and other paid advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the companys presence on social media platforms ensuring consistent messaging and interaction with followers.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging digital marketing tools to keep the companys strategies innovative.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the professional services sector.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics AdWords and marketing automation software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
• Certifications: Google Ads or similar certifications are a plus.
