Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and analytical Sr. Product Manager (Crypto) to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our product leadership you will drive the development and growth of our cuttingedge cryptocurrency products shaping the future of digital finance in the region and beyond.
- Lead the endtoend product development lifecycle for our cryptocurrency offerings from ideation to launch and beyond
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design and marketing to deliver innovative crypto solutions
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive datainformed decisionmaking
- Create and maintain product roadmaps prioritizing features based on user needs and business impact
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings
- Stay uptodate with the latest developments in blockchain technology cryptocurrency regulations and market trends
- Present product vision strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
- Proven track record of successful product launches and driving product growth
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology cryptocurrency markets and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts
- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in user experience (UX) design principles and their application in crypto products
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the cryptocurrency industry
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate crossfunctional teams
- Relevant cryptocurrency certifications (e.g. Certified Cryptocurrency Expert) are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions
