Our client is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager (Bilingual - Arabic speaker) to lead their brand marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and a deep understanding of the UAE market, with a strong background from Frangrance - Perfume industry within marketing, social media, and digital marketing with strong analytical abilities and a proven history of successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the success of trade plans and product launches using quantitative KPIs.
- Provide regular reporting on promo effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and CRM software.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize international SEO strategies
- Ensure that website content is fully optimized for search engines and delivers a seamless user experience.
- Lead and expand social commerce initiatives to drive engagement and sales.
- Proven experience in managing and executing multi-brand marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to develop and execute plans with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong translation, review, and editing skills.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in Perfume industry
- Arabic speaking can be a plus.
