Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager (Bilingual - Arabic speaker) to lead their brand marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and a deep understanding of the UAE market, with a strong background from Frangrance - Perfume industry within marketing, social media, and digital marketing with strong analytical abilities and a proven history of successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the success of trade plans and product launches using quantitative KPIs.
  • Provide regular reporting on promo effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize international SEO strategies
  • Ensure that website content is fully optimized for search engines and delivers a seamless user experience.
  • Lead and expand social commerce initiatives to drive engagement and sales.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing multi-brand marketing campaigns.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to develop and execute plans with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong translation, review, and editing skills.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in Perfume industry
  • Arabic speaking can be a plus.

    • Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery and consistency.

    • Positioning products effectively in the market.
    • Developing messaging and promotional strategies to drive demand.
