Hiring Alert: System Analyst ATM & Cards Resource
Were looking for a highly skilled System Analyst to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi! If you have expertise in ATM technologies card products and system analysis and are passionate about delivering excellence in the financial services domain wed love to connect with you.
Job Overview:As a System Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring system efficiency maintaining high availability and supporting the 24/7 operations of ATM and card services.
Key Expertise:- Indepth knowledge of Authorization Switch (Base24) ATMs ATM message protocols (NDC XFS ATM Web Interfaces)
- Strong understanding of debit/credit card products card issuance personalization and EMV chip technology
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java C) application servers (IBM WebSphere WebLogic) enterprise service bus (TIBCO) and databases (MSSQL Oracle Oracle PLSQL)
- Knowledge of SOAP/Web Services MQ and web technologies (HTML XML scripts)
- Familiarity with SDLC Agile methodologies and ITIL framework
- Basic understanding of encryption and authentication
- Manage SLA and KPI compliance
- Provide 24/7 support and ensure high availability
- Collaborate with vendors internal teams and external partners for issue resolution and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot critical issues and maintain health checks & architecture documentation
- Ensure compliance with PCIDSS standards
- Support project teams and user acceptance testing (UAT)
