As a System Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring system efficiency maintaining high availability and supporting the 24/7 operations of ATM and card services.

• Indepth knowledge of Authorization Switch (Base24) ATMs ATM message protocols (NDC XFS ATM Web Interfaces)
• Strong understanding of debit/credit card products card issuance personalization and EMV chip technology
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java C) application servers (IBM WebSphere WebLogic) enterprise service bus (TIBCO) and databases (MSSQL Oracle Oracle PLSQL)
• Knowledge of SOAP/Web Services MQ and web technologies (HTML XML scripts)
• Familiarity with SDLC Agile methodologies and ITIL framework
• Basic understanding of encryption and authentication

• Manage SLA and KPI compliance
• Provide 24/7 support and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with vendors internal teams and external partners for issue resolution and system upgrades
• Troubleshoot critical issues and maintain health checks & architecture documentation
• Ensure compliance with PCIDSS standards
• Support project teams and user acceptance testing (UAT)
