Role Overview:
The person in charge for the firms Finance & Accounting operations will be responsible for fostering and overseeing the companys finance and accounting operations. It further involves building strong relationships with the firms operational teams and seamlessly integrating their activities into daily financial and accounting works. This role requires a proactive detailoriented leader who can drive financial performance and implement processes that align with the firms strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Processes Setup: Establish financial systems and processes for the firms entirety of finance and accounting operations.
- DaytoDay Financial Management: Oversee accounting financial analysis budgeting and taxation.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute strategies supporting company growth and sustainability.
- CrossDepartment Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- ERP Systems: Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline operations.
- Reporting: Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Partner(s).
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- ACCA or CA certification
- 810 years of finance experience preferably in a legal firm
- Strong knowledge of finance audit accounting and strategy
- Experience with ERP systems
- Fluent English
- Currently located in the UAE

- Prior experience in a legal firm
