Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize the hotels website social media channels and digital advertising campaigns (PPC email marketing SEO etc.) to enhance online presence.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in the hotels brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs market trends and competitor activity. Use insights to refine marketing efforts and strategies.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various marketing platforms including blogs social media and advertisements.
Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets influencers and other key partners to generate positive press coverage and public awareness.
Event Promotion: Coordinate and support the marketing of hotel events conferences and special promotions.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting objectives.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Establish partnerships with local businesses tourism boards and other relevant organizations to drive additional business opportunities.
Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing including social media SEO SEM email marketing and content strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
