• Welcome customers into the store; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints. Advise customers about promotions in store
• Ensure product / hygiene guidelines and merchandise of products, as per the defined standards
• Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves
• Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays
• Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to the store manager / counter supervisor in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels
• Ensure all store and office administration, as per manager’s request, is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards

- Waxing and sugaring: Provide hair removal services for various body areas, including eyebrows, legs, arms, and bikini areas.

5. Nail Care
- Manicures and pedicures: Provide nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art, including gel and acrylic nails.
- Nail treatments: Offer treatments like cuticle care, nail strengthening, and hand or foot massages.
