You ensure that our community has the most incredible Gymshark experience. Working with your team, you will bring a welcoming and positive energy to all those who visit. You will build authentic connections with visitors to your store, helping to educate them about conditioning sharing excellent product knowledge, operational best practice you will offer a best-in-class service, helping our community to shop how they want, and when they want.
What You’ll Be Doing
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Represent the Gymshark culture and values, be a natural brand ambassador in everything you do and be passionate about the community and their experience of Gymshark
- As a clear and confident communicator, you will be comfortable with receiving and delivering feedback
- Support store leadership with the execution of store driven projects as and when needed
- Lead and protect an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every member of our community is welcomed warmly, and greeted by an excited and inspiring brand ambassador
- Build relationships with customers and support the wider team to get to know individual community members, frequent visitors and long-standing supporters
- Support stock management and movement, including audits, delivery and rapid replenishment to ensure we don’t miss an opportunity
- Set the bar for a seamless customer experience, maintaining clean, clear spaces, ensuring requests are dealt with quickly, be attentive and eager to look after all customer needs

1. Customer Interaction and Sales Support
- Customer assistance: Greet customers and assist them with finding products or services that meet their needs, providing expert knowledge about the offerings.
- Product demonstrations: Demonstrate the use and benefits of products or services, ensuring customers understand how they work and how they can address their needs.
- Answering queries: Address customer questions about product features, availability, pricing, warranties, and promotions.
2. Sales and Upselling
- Meeting sales targets: Achieve sales goals and targets set by the company, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Upselling and cross-selling: Suggest additional or complementary products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales revenue.

3. Product Knowledge and Expertise
- In-depth knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products or services offered by the business, staying updated on new arrivals, features, and specifications.

- Resolving complaints: Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retaining their business.

5. Administrative and Operational Support
- Sales transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring correct billing and payment methods.
- Inventory management: Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and products are displayed attractively.
- Reporting: Maintain sales records, track personal sales performance, and contribute to regular sales reports to managers or team leaders.
6. Marketing and Merchandising
- Product placement: Help arrange products on the sales floor to ensure they are visually appealing and easy for customers to find.
- Store displays: Assist in creating promotional displays and in-store signage to draw attention to new or high-demand products.
- Campaign involvement: Support marketing campaigns and promotions by informing customers about upcoming deals and ensuring their participation.
