Support Daily F&B Operations:
- Oversee and assist with daily operations in F&B service areas (restaurants bars and events).
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen service staff and management.
- Monitor food and beverage quality ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Guest Service Excellence:
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.
- Train supervise and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service.
Team Leadership and Staff Management:
- Assist in managing the F&B staff including scheduling performance management and training.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the F&B department.
Inventory and Stock Control:
- Assist in managing inventory ordering and maintaining stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
- Ensure cost control measures are in place to minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing F&B arrangements for events banquets and special functions at the Emirates Golf Club.
- Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of services.
Financial Management and Reporting:
- Support the management in meeting budget goals controlling costs and achieving revenue targets.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on operations expenses and sales trends.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all F&B operations comply with local and international health and safety standards.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure staff adheres to hygiene and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 35 years of experience in F&B management or similar roles preferably in a luxury or highend establishment.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations including service standards inventory management and cost control.
Ability to manage and lead a team ensuring high morale and consistent service delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Flexibility and a positive attitude towards work in a dynamic environment.
A background in events or banqueting services is an added advantage.
