Job Description
This entrylevel position is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for networking and a desire to develop their skills in a fastpaced environment. Engineers will be mainly responsible for troubleshooting L1 issues and coordinating with senior engineers for L2& L3 issues.
- Assist in the design implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Support network monitoring and performance analysis using various tools.
- Troubleshoot network issues and assist in resolving connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to configure and manage routers switches WLCs and firewalls.
- Participate in network documentation and maintain accurate records of configurations and changes.
- Assist in the deployment of network security measures and policies.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and endusers as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in networking
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Networking or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP LAN/WAN Subnetting).
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
