Job Description

The role is responsible for driving internal business transformation initiatives by partnering with key PCG Enablement & Control stakeholders

  • Lead Transformation initiative implementation teams comprising staff across business and enablement/support functions using influence to ensure initiatives are delivered ontime and generate the desired business impact
  • Apply strong organisation skills and governance best practices to create transparency on workstream and initiative performance
  • Take ownership of workstream issues and challenges deploying problem solving and analytical skills content knowledge and influence to collaboratively develop resolutions that deliver the desired impact.
  • Drive communication for relevant initiatives (as required)
  • Develop effective relationships including spearheading Change Management within PCG
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with crossfunctional colleagues to positively influence the strategic direction of the business
  • Lead simplification of CX E2E journeys to create transformational experiences through digital assets

  • Selfstarter the incumbent must be able to lead workshops and help formulate requirements options and solutions with an ability to get things done through others; able to identify proactive innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Strong analytical problem solving and execution mindset
  • Customer Focus understand customer perspective when developing requirements and ensuring fit for purpose customer friendly solution are designed
  • Strong communication skills are required to draw out requirements and to challenge where appropriate and to establish bond with key stakeholders
  • A high degree of selfassurance/initiative and business sense is required to perform responsibilities independently or collaboratively in a team environment as required

Qualifications :

  • Must have Masters or Bachelors Degree in business related fields
  • 10 years experience in Banking Industry preferably corporate and investment banking
  • Must have experience in Strategy Business management and/or Operations/Technology project execution with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Project Management skills required to drive a large scale transformation
