Job Description
The role is responsible for driving internal business transformation initiatives by partnering with key PCG Enablement & Control stakeholders
- Lead Transformation initiative implementation teams comprising staff across business and enablement/support functions using influence to ensure initiatives are delivered ontime and generate the desired business impact
- Apply strong organisation skills and governance best practices to create transparency on workstream and initiative performance
- Take ownership of workstream issues and challenges deploying problem solving and analytical skills content knowledge and influence to collaboratively develop resolutions that deliver the desired impact.
- Drive communication for relevant initiatives (as required)
- Develop effective relationships including spearheading Change Management within PCG
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with crossfunctional colleagues to positively influence the strategic direction of the business
- Lead simplification of CX E2E journeys to create transformational experiences through digital assets

- Selfstarter the incumbent must be able to lead workshops and help formulate requirements options and solutions with an ability to get things done through others; able to identify proactive innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of the business
- Strong analytical problem solving and execution mindset
- Customer Focus understand customer perspective when developing requirements and ensuring fit for purpose customer friendly solution are designed
- Strong communication skills are required to draw out requirements and to challenge where appropriate and to establish bond with key stakeholders
- A high degree of selfassurance/initiative and business sense is required to perform responsibilities independently or collaboratively in a team environment as required
Qualifications :
- Must have Masters or Bachelors Degree in business related fields
- 10 years experience in Banking Industry preferably corporate and investment banking
- Must have experience in Strategy Business management and/or Operations/Technology project execution with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Project Management skills required to drive a large scale transformation
