Job Description
Role Summary:
Reporting directly to the Energy Division Director responsible to ensure performance excellence and successful delivery of an energy Oil & Gas project across UAE.
What you will need to do:
- Lead and oversee the planning execution and delivery of complex oil and gas projects in UAE.
- Develop and manage project budgets schedules and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress risks and issues effectively to ensure stakeholder alignment and support.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively addressing any obstacles that may impact project success.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations health and safety standards and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
- Mentor and coach project team members providing leadership and support to maximize their potential and contribution to the projects success.
Qualifications :
What you will need to have:
- BA in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering Project Management or a related field as a minimum
- Minimum of 15 years within multidiscipline Oil & Gas construction projects
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in project management within the oil and gas industry with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. (> 500MN USD value could be a good indicator)
- At least two (2) successfully delivered EPC (aka DB) projects as a Project Manager
- Demonstrable ability to manage EPC contracts for onshore/offshore brownfield Oil & Gas projects for major Oil & Gas companies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams towards achieving project goals.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
- Solid knowledge of oil and gas industry practices regulations and standards.
- Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on driving results and overcoming challenges.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in the UAE or the Middle East region is a plus.

- Has superb communication skills and the ability to foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and you thrive in negotiation and in making an impact
- Is a true leader; you are able to build and manage effective teams see opportunities in every difficulty and aspire others
- Is passionate about complex EPC projects and enjoys working in an international culture diverse environment
