You can make your mark as an HR administrator officer by providing assistance in various HR aspects related to logistics travel coordination and various administrative tasks for our projects. In this role your primary workplace will be our office in Abu Dhabi from where you will remotely provide support to our projects worldwide.
Your responsibilities as HR Administrator
- Facilitate travel arrangements for employees including coordinating flights accommodations transportation and visa processing when necessary.
- Keep record of and communicate all travel arrangements with the involved parties.
- Assist in managing crew changes for projects ensuring timely and efficient rotation of personnel.
- Ensuring all project employees will meet the required training standards of the project (follows up on this proactively).
- Verify and maintain employee documents and records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal/visa requirements.
- Cover various administrative responsibilities coordinate and provide assistance on ad hoc tasks.
Your qualities
You can make your mark as an HR Administrator if you will have:
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in similar role.
- A bachelors degree in a social domain or relevant.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- The following personality: Great at prioritizing proactive structured have an optimistic point of view excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
