Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager with a strong background in IT and Cybersecurity to manage and grow our client portfolio in the GCC region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities building lasting relationships with key decisionmakers and ensuring the successful delivery of our cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the GCC region.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships in the cybersecurity domain.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their satisfaction and aligning our solutions to their needs.
- Work closely with technical and presales teams to deliver customized cybersecurity solutions.
- Prepare proposals respond to RFPs and negotiate contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends cybersecurity developments and competitive offerings in the GCC region.
Requirements
- Experience: 35 years in IT and Cybersecurity with a proven track record in account management or sales.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions IT services and GCC market dynamics.
- Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Education: Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region as required.
