You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailInternational Community Schools Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to Principal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as the Principal s right hand providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the Principal s office.
Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant to the Principal will facilitate effective communication manage schedules and handle confidential tasks with professionalism and discretion. This role is pivotal in supporting the school s mission by ensuring the Principal can focus on key priorities confident in the knowledge that all administrative responsibilities are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Principal s calendar including scheduling appointments meetings and school events.
Prepare and organize documents presentations and reports for the Principal.
Draft proofread and send official communications on behalf of the Principal.
Handle and prioritize incoming calls emails and correspondence.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Principal and staff parents and external stakeholders.
Relay important information and updates from the Principal to relevant parties.
Collaborate with department heads and administrative staff to track and follow up on assignments and projects.
Coordinate meetings chaired by the Principal including agenda preparation minutetaking and action item tracking.
Support the planning and execution of schoolwide events workshops and conferences involving the Principal.
Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for meetings and events.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Represent the Principal s office professionally in all interactions.
Office Management:
Ensure the smooth daily operations of the Principal s office including maintaining supplies and functioning equipment.
Anticipate the Principal s needs and address any issues proactively.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (preferred).
At least 24 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative role preferably in a school or educational institution.
