We are seeking a resultsdriven Real Estate Sales Executive with a proven track record in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience including at least 1 year of experience working with a real estate developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell the companys real estate portfolio including offplan and readytomovein properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings property viewings and exhibitions to showcase our offerings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Provide clients with indepth information about the companys projects ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
- At least 1 year of experience with a real estate developer is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
