Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a wellreputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Senior Officer Store who will oversee the inventory of spare parts tools and consumables required for the smooth functioning of maintenance operations in the plant environment. This role involves supervising store operations ensuring optimal stock levels coordinating with procurement teams and supporting maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Responsibilities:
Manage the endtoend operations of the maintenance store ensuring accurate tracking of all items.
Maintain optimal inventory levels for spare parts tools and consumables to support FMCG machinery and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to source highquality spare parts and materials at competitive prices.
Supervise junior storekeepers and support staff in daily store activities.
Train and guide team members on storekeeping processes safety standards and inventory systems.
Generate daily weekly and monthly inventory and consumption reports for management review.
Track the usage of highvalue and critical spare parts highlighting trends and potential shortages.
Coordinate closely with maintenance engineers and technicians to prioritize urgent requirements.
Ensure quick retrieval and issuance of parts during breakdowns or emergency repairs.



Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor s degree
5 years of experience as a storekeeper preferably in maintenance or FMCG operations.
Strong understanding of spare parts and maintenance tools used in FMCG operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards related to store operations.
Good communication and leadership skills.
