Our client an atypical boutique real estate developer based in Dubai is launching a tower designed by RCR Arquitectes (Pritzker Prize Laureates). This surreal architectural sculpture never attempted before represents a global engineering first that will become a new landmark in Dubais skyline. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Gallerist to join our team and contribute to the success of this groundbreaking project.

Key Responsibilities
Visitor Engagement and Guided Tours:

• Guide visitors through the Gallery space providing insightful commentary and engaging with them culturally.
• Ensure that visitors receive a comprehensive understanding of the gallery development its architectural features and lifestyle potential.

Content Management:

• Control all content and experiences within the gallery space including videos music and lighting to enhance the visitor experience.
• Deliver scripted yet flexible presentations adjusting pacing and focus based on visitor preferences and engagement.

Zone Management:

• Lead visitors through the six designated zones within the gallery gradually unveiling the story and content.
• Spatialize information effectively to facilitate visitor comprehension and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Art History Architecture Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role preferably within the luxury real estate or art gallery sector.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in an engaging and accessible manner.
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity capable of connecting with diverse audiences.
• Ability to adapt scripted content dynamically to suit visitor preferences and engagement levels.
