Job Description
For one of our clients in Dubai we are looking for a client representative and project controller for a minimum of 22 months for a large project with reference character.
Tasks
- In the position of a client representative you will realize a challenging largescale project on behalf of the client
- You will assume responsibility for overall project management in the phases from project initialization and support during the planning and tendering phase through to implementation and commissioning
- You are a partner to our clients and represent their interests visvis the authorities planners contractors and service providers
Requirements
- Broad range of experience as a client representative or on the clients side
- Ideally experience in a similar position
- Degree in architecture or as a civil engineer or comparable qualification
- Substantial further training in the areas of real estate or business administration
- Business fluent English is a basic requirement
