Job Description
Ready to make a real impact Join our Premier Inn Hotel Dubai team as a Sustainability Supervisor and lead the charge in creating a greener brighter future!
As a Sustainability Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation maintenance and optimization of building systems while promoting and implementing sustainability practices. This role bridges operational excellence with ecofriendly strategies to maintain a safe efficient and environmentally responsible facility.
Key Accountabilities:
Building Maintenance System Management
Sustainability Implementation
BMS Operations to all Properties
Supporting our Force for Good Sustainability Program
Be accountable for ensuring our properties and our utilities are operated as efficiently and as optimized as possible
Provide our properties with necessary support (remote and onsite) to ensure our HVAC systems and heavy equipment are operating correctly and efficiently
Supporting our teams and our drive for efficiency within our maintenance strategies whilst supporting the overall vision and objectives.
Actively collaborates with all company functions and ensures the adherence to all company policies processes standards and legal requirements
Ensure that external contractors/third party that may providing services to a Premier Inn site are following safe working practices in line with brand standards and local regulations
Drive energy conservation and minimizing the hotel s utility consumption whilst maintaining first class customer service.
Develop initiatives for efficiency and energy improvements
Inspire lead coach manage and develop a team to be the best they can be creating a culture of engagement that supports our core values and principles.
Requirements
Requirements
Education & Certifications
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Facilities Management Environmental Science or related field.
Certification in energy management HVAC systems or sustainability (e.g. CEM LEED AP) is a plus
Experience
3 years of experience in BMS management Mechanical HVCA support or Sustainability roles.
Handson experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
Proven track record of implementing sustainability initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and fire safety systems.
Proficiency in analyzing utility data and proposing energysaving measures.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams contractors and stakeholders.
Familiarity with green building standards and regulations.
UAE driving License is a must

Ability to work onsite and respond to emergencies promptly.
