Job Description
- The commissioning of Building Management systems
- Enthusiastic to learn new technologies and implementations. Self-motivated for quick learning of the existing systems.
- Project documentation like material /technical submittal, O& M Manuals, Shop Drawings, Zone Charts, other certificates.
- Provide user Training and support to the end users and the designated clients representatives
Job Specific Skills
- Basic Knowledge in HVAC, electrical & electronic and Low voltage Systems & Type of Cables.
- Knowledge to review Technical Specification and Drawings.
- Knowledge of field testing and commissioning procedures
- Knowledge of integration of third party protocols like Bacnet, Modbus, Mbus, SNMP etc
- Report writing skills.
- Knowledge of field testing procedures and field test equipment
- Ability to communicate verbal / written with Clients. Be able to motivate and provide technical guidance to Sub Contractors & Technicians
