Job Opportunity: Business Analyst Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team in Abu Dhabi! If you have a passion for data analysis business intelligence and process optimization this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data from both internal and external sources.
- Prepare insightful statistics to support business decisionmaking.
- Monitor and report on MIS & KPI performance across departments.
- Ensure accuracy and errorfree reporting of MIS data.
- Measure SLA performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and test case preparation.
- Develop relationships with partners to enhance integrations and optimize business processes.
- Deliver regular insights and recommendations to the project team.
- Continuously seek ways to improve monitoring systems and provide greater value to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 35 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and statistical tools.
- Knowledge of banking applications is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
