Job Description
- Position: Site Engineer (Structural and Architect)
- Experience Required: 10 years
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Type: Fulltime
- Salary:AED per month
- Joining required: Immediately
Job Overview:
As a Site Engineer (Structural and Architect) you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that all structural and architectural elements of the project are executed according to the design plans and specifications. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure the timely completion of the project while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that construction is carried out according to the design plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with the project manager architects and other team members to resolve any design or construction issues.
- Prepare and review technical drawings plans and specifications for structural and architectural elements.
- Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that workmanship and materials meet the required standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager.
- Manage and supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
- Attend project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of structural and architectural design principles and building codes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and other relevant software.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid UAE driving license.
