Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Structural Drafting and Detailing:
- Prepare detailed drawings and structural layouts for highrise construction projects using AutoCAD Revit or similar design software.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes industry standards and project requirements.
- Develop plans sections elevations and detailed shop drawings for structural components such as beams columns slabs and foundations.

Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with architects engineers and project managers to understand design intent and project specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate structural details into comprehensive project plans.
- Update and revise drawings as necessary based on team feedback and site conditions.

Documentation and Quality Assurance:
- Maintain accurate and organized project records including revisions and drawing logs.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure precision and compliance with technical requirements.

Site Support:
- Assist in resolving onsite discrepancies by providing updated drawings and clarifications.
- Participate in site visits if necessary to understand construction challenges and validate designs.

Requirements
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD Revit and other structural drafting tools.
- Familiarity with BIM software is a plus.
