We Are Hiring! Project Manager ATM Services Change & Transformation
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving change and transformation in the banking industry We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a portfolio of projects focused on digitization automation and process reengineering to improve service efficiency and reduce risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of multiple projects ensuring ontime inscope and budget delivery.
- Lead change initiatives acting as the primary interface with business stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risks report on project progress and ensure governance compliance.
- Manage motivate and develop your team to maximize performance.
- Monitor and manage budgets to identify improvement opportunities.
- Adhere to policies procedures and service standards for optimal delivery.
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience in banking operations or financial institutions.
- Proven track record in project delivery and process improvement.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Professional qualifications in Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt) and/or PMP.
- Strong skills in banking processes system improvement and project management.
