Required Skills to be successful:
- Master’s degree (preferably in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field).
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainability, specifically within a matrix organization.
- Experience in automotive (dealers, OEMs) or consulting sectors.

- Capable of working autonomously and independently in organizing tasks.

- Environmental Science Knowledge: Deep understanding of environmental issues such as climate change, resource depletion, pollution, biodiversity, and ecological systems.
- Sustainability Standards & Certifications: Familiarity with global sustainability frameworks (e.g., the UN SDGs, Paris Agreement), industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED, B Corp certification), and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, CDP).
- Sustainable Supply Chain Management: Understanding of sustainable sourcing, green procurement practices, and managing suppliers to meet sustainability goals.

- Visionary Thinking: Ability to develop long-term sustainability strategies that align with company goals and societal needs.
- Change Management: Leading and managing cultural shifts within the organization to foster sustainability practices across departments.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use of data analytics to measure sustainability impact and inform strategy decisions.

- Internal & External Communication: Strong communication skills to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, investors, regulators) on sustainability issues.
- Public Relations & Advocacy: Ability to advocate for sustainability within the company and to the public, managing corporate reputation and positioning the company as a sustainability leader.
- Investor Relations: Communicating sustainability efforts to shareholders and investors, particularly in terms of financial returns on sustainable investments and ESG performance.
