Keep customer database up-to-date accurately, and work closely with the sales team to ensure the highest level of accuracy. Be an expert in the company’s CRM system.
Coordinate customer training sessions, including sending invitations, reminders, and collecting post-session feedback.
Adapting to the team’s changing operational needs to ensure smooth business continuity.
Prepare and manage detailed master subscription agreements for both new and renewing customers.
Provide coverage during sales team absences, to ensure business continuity.
Qualify, register, and allocate incoming leads, booking meetings for the sales team as needed.
Track, prepare, and issue tax invoices for all subscribed customers, ensuring accuracy in billing.
Provide monthly transaction reports to the finance team.
Communicate with finance, sales, and management teams on collections, and manage access to the platform based on customer credit status.
Handle customer queries and issues via the internal ticketing system, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Perform user maintenance on the back-end of the platform to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with product, data and technology teams to resolve any platform issues.
Escalate critical or recurring issues to the sales team and ensure they are kept informed of key issues.
Manage customer profiles on the back-end of the platform, including logo and brand updates.
Skills Required:
Customer service or sales support experience, with a strong understanding of administrative functions.
Knowledge of customer database management and contractual agreements.
IT proficiency, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and experience with CRM systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels of seniority.
Strong analytical skills to quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions. Confident in engaging in sales conversations with senior customers, both over the phone and in person.
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate workflow efficiently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Scrupulous attention to detail, delivering work to the highest level of accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
