Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 & L2 level support troubleshooting and configuration for Desktop Server Network and ELV systems including but not limited to Structured Cabling (CAT6 & Fiber Optic) CCTV WiFi IP Telephony and Door Access Control systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues providing remote support services across various systems and technologies.
- Install configure and maintain networking equipment (switches firewalls access points) and IPbased systems (CCTV IP Telephony Audio Visual).
- Install and configure equipment such as network switches firewalls access points CCTV cameras and IP telephony systems.
- Ensure systems are correctly set up and functioning according to specifications and client requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service working directly with clients to address their IT and ELV system issues.
Requirements
- 23 years of handson experience in troubleshooting configuration and support at L1 & L2 levels for Desktop Server Network and ELV systems (including Structured Cabling in CAT6 & Fiber Optic CCTV WiFi IP Telephony and Door Access Control).
- Experience with Audio Visual Systems (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware software and networkrelated issues particularly for remote support.
- Candidates with prior sales experience in a similar industry will be given preference.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to explain technical issues in an easytounderstand manner.
- Ability to think critically and solve technical issues in a fastpaced environment.
- University graduate in Engineering or a relevant technical field or a diploma holder with attested certifications.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- SIRA Certification (mandatory)
