Roles and responsibilities
- Assist the Social Media Manager in developing and implementing social media strategies for up to 5 F&B outlets, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.
- Write and schedule engaging and on-brand social media captions across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Collaborate with in-house graphic designer to produce visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the online community to foster positive interactions.
- Support the coordination and execution of social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct basic competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our social media practices.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to the Social Media Manager for continuous optimization.
- Assist with the organization of photoshoots and content creation events, ensuring all assets align with the brand’s standards.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and effective.
Requirements
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Previous experience in social media, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
- Knowledge of Dubai's F&B scene is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing skills is an advantage.
