Develop detailed project plans outlining scope schedule and resource requirements.
Monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
Collaborate with quantity surveyor to ensure accurate costing and reporting.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Lead a team of designers subcontractors and suppliers ensuring collaboration and efficient workflow.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is processing according to plan design specifications and quality standards.
Ensure that all work complies with local regulations building codes and health and safety standards.
Resolve issues related to project scope resources or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during constructions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management specifically in interior fit outs.
Proven experience as s Project Manager in fit out projects.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking capabilities.
