This role focuses on promoting a culture of health and well-being, enhancing employee engagement, and improving overall workplace productivity. The Well-being Specialist will collaborate with various departments to create and maintain a supportive work environment that addresses the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
Certification in well-being, wellness coaching, or a related discipline is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organization.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful well-being programs.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of holistic well-being and the various factors that contribute to employee health and productivity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR information systems.
