We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities building relationships and securing new clients for Redian Software. This role requires a proactive approach strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the UAE market.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including decisionmakers and influencers.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends competitor activities and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing sales and product development to align strategies and drive growth.
Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to represent Redian Software and generate leads.
Monitor and report on sales performance market conditions and business development activities.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience preferably in the software or technology sector.
Strong understanding of the UAE market and its business landscape.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
