Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and resultsdriven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and manage our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate strong leadership skills and a passion for driving results. As the Team Leader you will be responsible for setting goals providing guidance and ensuring the overall success of the team.
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and exceed performance targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry best practices.
- Provide support and guidance to team members in negotiations deal structuring and problemsolving.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a successful real estate team leader
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
- At least 3 years as a team leader in Real Estate Field
