Are you an energetic and targetdriven sales professional with a passion for the cold chain and logistics industry We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our clients team and drive the growth of our endtoend cold solutions for perishable products and food items. In this role you will play a key role in developing new business building lasting client relationships and positioning our brand as a trusted partner in the storage and distribution of temperaturesensitive goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and generate new sales opportunities by researching and connecting with potential clients in the food beverage and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized cold chain solutions.
- Solution Selling: Develop and present tailored proposals showcasing our capabilities in endtoend cold storage transportation and logistics services.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends competitor offerings and changing customer needs.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring a high level of service and addressing any challenges in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 23 years in sales preferably in cold chain logistics perishable goods or FMCG sectors.
- Skills: Strong communication negotiation and problemsolving skills; proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of cold storage and transport logistics with an ability to convey technical information to clients in an accessible manner.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Additional Languages is a plus.
