1. Clinical Skills

- Treatment Assistance: Assisting with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and therapies ordered by physicians, including wound care, physical therapy, and diagnostic tests.
- Patient Comfort: Ensuring patient comfort and safety by addressing pain management, hygiene needs, and overall physical comfort.
2. Collaboration with Healthcare Team
- Care Coordination: Working with other healthcare providers (doctors, physical therapists, social workers, etc.) to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Reporting Changes: Reporting any changes in a patient’s condition to the medical team, ensuring that appropriate interventions are made quickly.

3. Record Keeping and Documentation

- HAAD/DOH certified
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Certified in Basic Life Support
- Provide emergency treatment in the work place.
- Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
- Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
- Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
- Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
- Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
- Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
- Communicate with management on a regular basis.
